A company is looking for a Community Manager to engage with consumers and manage social media channels.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and interact with consumers on owned social media platforms
Develop agile marketing content based on social media monitoring and collaborate with internal and external partners
Document and share best practices for social copywriting across community management teams
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in communication, marketing, PR, journalism, or related field, or equivalent experience
Experience in copywriting / editing for social content and risk management
1-2 years of relevant experience preferred
Familiarity with social media management tools, such as Sprinklr, is desired
Bilingual in Spanish or French is a plus
