Key Responsibilities
Conduct high-volume volunteer recruitment and follow-up phone calls
Provide direct support to canvass and phone bank hosts, ensuring they are prepared to run their events
Facilitate virtual trainings for volunteers and hosts, and assist with event logistics
Required Qualifications
Strong commitment to the mission and values, with a focus on equity and belonging
One cycle of grassroots volunteer organizing experience in an electoral context
Understanding of voter contact and electoral organizing strategies
Strong relationship management and prioritization skills
High level of comfort with organizing tools and technology
