Program : Community Treatment Outreach Services (CTOS)
Pay : Range starts at $20.65 / hour (pay is calculated based on years of related experience)
Schedule : Monday – Friday | 8am – 4pm

Job Summary & Deliverables
Community Treatment Outreach Services (CTOS) offers comprehensive, individualized, and flexible services to link individuals to resources and support, while helping them live independently. The Team Lead performs a variety of supervisory tasks and ensures employees have the resources and training to perform their jobs successfully. The Team Lead possesses advanced knowledge and skill in their respective function and utilizes this knowledge and skill to train, coach, and supervise employees. The Team Lead actively encourages a culture of collaboration and teamwork.
