The Department of Diagnostic Radiology and Nuclear Medicine at the University Of Maryland School Of Medicine seeks a full-time, faculty member to expand our team of Community Radiology Specialists at several locations. The successful candidate will have a distinguishing blend of experience in general radiology and if interested, would have the opportunity to : a) partially focus on sub-specialty areas of concentrated interest, or b) primarily work on remote evening shifts from 5pm-11pm. Work schedule will have a strong focus on sustainability and a favorable work / life balance. Requirements : 1. MD, DO or equivalent degree 2. American Board of Radiology certified or eligible 3. Licensed or have the ability to be licensed in the state of Maryland 4. Fellowship training recommended, but not required Position duties and responsibilities : 1. Comfortable with all aspects of diagnostic radiology studies (excluding nuclear medicine studies and mammography) 2. Comfortable with performing barium fluoroscopy procedures 3. Joint injections and light IR are preferred, but not required 4. Proven track record of outstanding interpersonal and communication skills 5.
