Under the direction of the Workers' Compensation Manager, assists with coordination and administration of workers' compensation claims.

Responsibilities :

  • Assists department as needed by handling requests of third party workers' comp claims processor, legal representatives or other outside third parties.
  • Answers calls and resolves matters within scope of responsibility.
  • Updates work injury information in the database and maintains files on all cases.
  • Reviews paperwork submitted due to work-related injuries and follows up as needed to ensure all required information is timely captured.
