A company is looking for a Compensation Manager to serve as a strategic partner in designing and implementing compensation programs.
Key Responsibilities
Act as a strategic advisor on complex compensation matters for assigned business functions
Design scalable compensation solutions in collaboration with business leaders and People Business Partners
Manage compensation program execution, including annual merit, bonus, and equity programs
Required Qualifications
Significant experience in global compensation program development and administration
Prior experience with high-growth tech companies
Advanced expertise in Google Sheets or Excel for data analysis
Familiarity with Workday and experience in managing compensation cycles
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Business Management / Administration, or Human Resources is preferred
