A company is looking for a Total Compensation Manager responsible for managing comprehensive compensation programs.
Key Responsibilities :
Design and administer salary structures, incentive programs, and payroll operations
Lead annual compensation cycles and support compensation planning for organizational changes
Ensure compliance with compensation regulations and conduct market pricing and benchmarking
Required Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
7+ years of experience in compensation management or HR analytics
Strong knowledge of compensation structures and payroll operations
In-depth understanding of FLSA and pay equity regulations
Proficiency with HRIS, payroll systems, and advanced analytical skills
