Key Responsibilities
Engage in benchmarking activities and manage vendor relationships to ensure competitive compensation practices
Conduct market analyses for roles across various locations and provide guidance on compensation recommendations
Support global compensation program administration, including data entry, report generation, and compliance assurance
Required Qualifications
Proficiency in advanced MS Excel functions
Experience with compensation survey participation and analysis
Prior experience supporting annual focal or merit cycles
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, or relevant field, plus 2 years of related experience
Ability to exercise discretion in handling confidential information
