Strong organizational, planning, and project management skills. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. Passion for promoting the growth and development of young children.

Job Title : Educational and Compliance Coach
Schedule : Monday - Friday
Location : Childcare Center
Competitive Wage : Starting from $36,000.00 based on qualifications and experience.
Job Description : We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team as an Educational and Compliance Coach at the childcare center. In this role, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our young students receive high-quality education and care in a safe and nurturing environment.
Key Responsibilities : Educational :
- Develop and implement educational programs and curricula that support the development of children.
- Collaborate with teachers to design and deliver engaging and developmentally appropriate activities and lessons.
- Observe and evaluate classroom activities and provide feedback to teachers on their practices.
- Assist in the selection of educational materials, books, and equipment.
- Maintain accurate records and reports on the progress of the children and the educational programs.
- Communicate with families to provide updates on their children's progress and involve them in their education.
- Plan and organize educational events and field trips for the children.
- Ensure that the childcare center is in compliance with all relevant regulations and standards regarding education.
