Position is hybrid position : 3 days in the Greenwood Village HQ Office and 2 days remote.

Salary Range : $70-85k per year, depending on experience

About the Role

As a Compliance Analyst, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing EverDriven’s compliance system, ensuring all regulatory requirements are met efficiently. You’ll oversee compliance tracking, reporting, and risk assessments while driving process improvements. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, developing internal controls, and ensuring seamless compliance operations across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the company’s compliance system, ensuring policies and processes align with regulatory requirements.
• Monitor federal, state, and local laws to maintain up-to-date compliance standards and implement necessary changes.
• Conduct risk assessments, audits, and internal reviews to identify and mitigate compliance gaps.
• Develop and maintain compliance tracking, reporting, and documentation systems to enhance oversight and transparency.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve compliance workflows and integrate best practices into daily operations.
