A company is looking for a Messaging Compliance Specialist (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the primary authority on Application-to-Person (A2P) messaging standards and compliance

Act as the main customer-facing resource for compliance inquiries and guide clients through onboarding and best practices

Collaborate with internal teams to align messaging strategies with regulatory requirements and assist in product development and QA testing

Required Qualifications

Experience with Claude Code or similar AI-assisted development tools

Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and customer inquiries

Proactive mindset for identifying compliance issues before they affect customers

Knowledge of US-based Messaging Compliance (10DLC, Short Code, Toll-Free) is a plus

Familiarity with CTIA guidelines and the messaging ecosystem is preferred
