  • Hands-on familiarity with project management software (e.g., Asana, ClickUp, Jira, or Monday.com) and digital quoting/estimating tools.

  • Proficiency using Dialpad (or similar VoIP communication suites) for daily call handling and team collaboration.

Soft Skills & Environment

  • Flawless English Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English skills are non-negotiable for client-facing and technical documentation work.

  • Dedicated Remote Setup: Must have a reliable, distraction-free, and quiet workspace equipped with high-speed internet to take calls professionally.

  • Self-Motivated: Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple projects independently.

Position Details

  • Company: Support Tech, LLC

  • Location: 100% Remote (Open to global applicants meeting language and workspace standards)

  • Employment Type: Full-Time

  • Schedule: Flexible / Alignment with core client operating hours.
