Address resident concerns and questions, and escalate issues to management as necessary. Complete work order requests. High School Diploma or equivalent. At least 6-12 months of previous experience in customer service or a front desk role in a hotel, retirement community, or office setting is required. Working knowledge of various computer systems, including Word, Excel, and Outlook. Patience and willingness to assist our residents, visitors, and team members. Friendly, assertive, professional, outgoing, multitasking, and organized. Excellent communication skills. Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays. Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards.

POSITION SUMMARY
On Call Position
We are hiring a friendly and outgoing Front Desk Concierge for our premier retirement community, Nikkei Senior Gardens .
Nikkei Senior Gardens, located in Arleta, celebrates Japanese-American culture by offering a blend of Japanese and American traditions, cuisine, and activities that cater to the cultural needs of our residents. This makes us unique in our approach to senior living for Japanese Americans.
The Concierge is an important part of our brand and has a dynamic role in their community as the first point of contact with our residents, families, visitors, and guests. This position will provide front desk coverage and exceptional customer service by consistently being pleasant and helpful to everyone walking through the doors and creating a welcoming and supportive environment. This position plays a key role in creating a positive experience within the senior living community by addressing inquiries, coordinating resident services, and maintaining efficient front desk operations.
