Description

Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Concrete Workers of all skill levels for projects located in and around De Forest, Madison, and Shorewood Hills, WI . This is a first shift opportunity with a pay range of up to $40 / hour based on experience and skill level. If you are a Concrete Worker or Concrete Finisher and want to work alongside other proven craftsmen who emphasize safety, productivity, and superior craftsmanship, this is your chance to advance your career!

Job Scope :

Build forms and walls for concrete structures according to plan designs

Mold, pour, and finish concrete accurately

Tie rebar and prepare sites for concrete work

Assist with concrete pours, remove forms, smooth concrete, and hand finishing

Flat work including edging, adding joints, and power trowel operation (Madison site)

Set foundation wall forms, pour footings, and assist with large multiunit dwellings (Shorewood Hills site)

Requirements :

Prior concrete experience required; flat work experience and power trowel operation preferred for Madison site

Minimum 1 year verifiable experience (Shorewood Hills); Stevens projects may require more experience

Must be reliable and able to work independently; attendance is critical

Own hand tools / pouch

Must wear proper PPE : hard hat, safety glasses, boots, and high-visibility clothing
