Concrete Carpenter – Commercial Construction
Location: Onsite (Commercial Job Sites)
Schedule: Full-time (hours based on project needs)
Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Concrete Carpenter to join our commercial construction team. In this role, you will perform concrete flatwork, form setting, and finishing, contributing to high-quality structures such as slabs, curbs, and gutters. This position is ideal for skilled trades professionals who take pride in craftsmanship and thrive in a hands-on, outdoor work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform commercial concrete flatwork, including prep, pour, leveling, and finishing
- Build and set forms for slabs, curbs, and gutters with precision and accuracy
- Install curb and gutter systems per project specifications
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and construction plans
- Use hand tools and carpentry techniques to construct and adjust forms
- Apply finishing techniques such as troweling, edging, and jointing
- Inspect completed work to ensure quality, accuracy, and compliance
- Maintain a clean and safe jobsite following all safety standards
- Collaborate with crew members to meet project deadlines and quality goals
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in concrete carpentry or commercial concrete work
- Strong skills in flatwork, pouring, and finishing concrete
- Experience with form setting for slabs, curbs, and gutters
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and blueprints
- Proficient with hand tools and construction equipment
- Knowledge of construction safety practices

Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Colorado Springs, CO.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $28.00 - $30.00/hr.
