Job Title
Will assist Residential Services personnel and Internal Operations team with internal task inquires, processing of unit inspections and assisting in specialty requests.
Representative Duties
Provides overall day-to-day customer service and coordinates with other departments to efficiently accommodate guests' requests
Completes high-quality work according to job specifications while simultaneously producing the required amount of work within established timetables while working on multiple assignments at any one given time
Establishes and maintains effective relationships with vendors, managers and internal staff and serves as a liaison between Residential Services and company operations team
Prepares and leads daily Morning Operations meetings
Receives and processes service requests from field inspectors ensuring deficiencies are handled to company service standards
Schedules vendor and property services (furniture, housewares, carpet care) and communicates with properties ensuring authorization is granted for all vendors and employees to access apartments when needed. Follows-up with appropriate vendors to ensure services are complete.
Other administrative duties as assigned
May assist in the training of new hires
Works on multiple assignments at any one given time
Job Requirements
Proficient in usage Microsoft Suite
Knowledge in Oscar preferred but not required
Excellent communication skills while able to build rapport and maintain working relationships while delivering a high standard for service.
Solves a variety of problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations
Bilingual-Spanish - Preferred
Creative problem solver with "do whatever it takes to get the job done" approach, customer service/positive attitude/approachable, organized, detail-oriented and effective time management skills/ability to multitask
Critical and analytical thinking with attention to detail and high accuracy
Is comfortable working on several projects simultaneously and yet is well organized at all times.
