Location : Raleigh, NC
Salary : $100k-$140k
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Concrete Superintendent to oversee and manage concrete construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring quality control, managing site operations, and leading a team of workers to achieve project goals efficiently and safely.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of concrete construction projects, ensuring compliance with design specifications and safety regulations.
- Manage and coordinate on-site activities, including scheduling, resource allocation, and logistics.
- Lead, mentor, and supervise construction crews to ensure high performance and safety standards.
- Conduct regular inspections of work to ensure quality and adherence to project timelines.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to facilitate effective communication and project execution.
- Prepare daily reports on project progress, including challenges and solutions implemented.
