You'll be responsible for operating machinery, maintaining production equipment, and adhering to safety standards to support our production goals.

  • Key Responsibilities :
  • Operate and monitor production machinery and equipment according to established procedures and guidelines.
  • Perform regular maintenance and cleaning of equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety.
  • Inspect finished products for quality assurance and adherence to specifications.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve minor mechanical or processing issues to minimize downtime.
  • Maintain accurate production records and complete necessary documentation.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines.
  • Follow all safety protocols and ensure a clean and organized work area.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency.
  • Qualifications :
  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training is a plus.
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to operate and maintain machinery with precision and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and overtime as necessary.
  • Commitment to maintaining a safe and productive work environment.
  • Computer Skills (Micorsoft Suite)
