Concrete Laborer

We are seeking experienced Concrete & Asphalt General Laborers who hold a valid CDL-A license to join our growing team. This role involves hands-on work in the field, supporting projects from start to finish, and ensuring safety and efficiency in all operations. Jobs will be maintenance, new construction, and repair of commercial streets and parking lots throughout the Greater Saint Louis area.

Responsibilities :

• Perform general labor tasks related to asphalt and concrete construction.
• Participate in site preparation, grading, and paving.
• Pour, finish, and cure concrete.
• Conduct asphalt patching, resurfacing, and sealing.
• Operate and maintain construction equipment and tools.
• Safely transport materials and equipment to job sites using CDL-A vehicles.
• Assist with traffic control and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Work collaboratively with crew members and supervisors to meet project deadlines.

Pay and Benefits :

The pay range for this position is $32.00 - $36.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
