SUMMARY

Concrete Technologies, Inc. (CTI) is looking for a self-motivated and experienced Concrete Crew Supervisor for our footings and foundation crew in our Commercial division. The Crew Supervisor will lead a crew of 6-8 members responsible for layout, forming, placing reinforcement, and placing and finishing concrete for commercial type footings and foundations. The Supervisor will ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and with outstanding quality. Crew Supervisors provide outstanding leadership, quality training, excellent communication skills, and always represent the company in a friendly and professional manner.  Winter work available!

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Oversee field operations to ensure crew is operating efficiently and effectively.
• Proficiently read and understand construction plans and other related documents.
• Layout, plan, communicate, organize, and direct assigned team members in all aspects of commercial concrete work.
• Coordinate work daily with Commercial Operations Manager, Project Managers, General Contractors, field staff, and other personnel, as needed.
• Complete projects in strict accordance to plans and specifications and maintain a production schedule for 3 working days.
• Process respective administrative duties in a timely fashion.
• Maintain all tools and equipment in an organized and clean manner.
• Work with team, clients / owners, and inspectors in a professional and friendly manner and relay a positive attitude toward coworkers, vendors and clients.
• Adhere to and strictly enforce all safety protocols and procedures including wearing appropriate safety equipment and using excellent safety practices while visiting job site per CTI policies, OSHA, and Federal and State laws and regulations.
• Perform other job-related duties and responsibilities, as assigned.
