Position Overview
A leading genreal contractor is looking to bring on an experienced Superintendent - Concrete to oversee and manage concrete construction projects. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of concrete and construction processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage concrete construction projects from start to finish
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project goals are met
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary
- Prepare and review project schedules, budgets, and reports
- Train and supervise construction teams to achieve high performance
- Manage procurement of materials and equipment for concrete works
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure work is being performed correctly
