Thoroughly and completely know and understand the contract, each subcontract, and the plans and specifications to assist the Project Manager in developing the on-site procedures. Provide leadership to establish and maintain effective and harmonious working relationships with on-site staff and to promote a positive project environment. Manage site logistics Conduct preconstruction meetings with new and existing subcontractors and superintendents prior to the start of each new phase of the work to discuss issues.
