About the Role :
EnTech is seeking a dedicated and experienced professional to join our team as a Construction Inspector. In this role, the individual will be responsible for ensuring the safety and compliance of water main and sewer infrastructures with NYS standards and regulations. Additionally, he / she will maintain precise records of daily activities and the condition of the site on a day-to-day basis.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to :
- Inspections of water main and sewer infrastructures to make sure they follow design specifications, and relevant DDC, DEP, and DOT regulations and standards.
- Reviewing contractor schedules, monitoring operations, and supervising field construction activities to ensure everything meets the required standards.
- Implement quality assurance and Site safety measures to make sure the construction site is safe for workers, as well as traffic and pedestrians.
- Keep accurate records of inspections, along with preparing detailed daily technical reports.
- Work closely with engineering teams, contractors, and regulatory utilities' agencies to make sure project goals are met.
