Job Details

Roles & Responsibilities – Superintendent :

• Oversee daily field operations and site logistics
• Manage subcontractor activities and schedules
• Enforce safety standards and quality control
• Communicate with PMs, clients, and inspectors
• Ensure on-time project delivery with minimal punch list

Desired Qualifications :

• 5+ years of field leadership experience in commercial construction
• Proven track record delivering projects from ground-up through closeout
• Strong knowledge of trades, codes, and construction sequencing
• OSHA 30 and current safety certifications preferred
