Description: Job Title 1st shift General Manufacturing - Job Location North Aurora, IL Job Shift 5AM-2:30PM but have flexibility to start earlier for mandatory OT.- FIRST DAY IS ALWAYS AT 7AM Pay Rate $18.00 per hour or more depending on experience Job Type Performance to Hire Job Responsibilities: o Use power tools and machinery when needed. o Use tape measures and reading drawings. o Follow instructions from supervisors to perform manual labor tasks. Job Requirements: o Must be willing to submit to and pass 10- panel drug screen. o Ability to meet the physical demands of the job (standing for long periods of time, lifting heavy loads of up to 50 pounds.) o Good hand-eye coordination. o Familiarity with power tools and machinery is a plus. o Great communication and teamwork skills. o Commitment to safety rules o This position will have a base working schedule of Monday to Friday, with some weekends. The starting time is at 5am- 1:30 some overtime required . o Overtime and extended daily hours may be required depending on production demand. The person working in this position will move back and forth in warehouse environment daily. Always maintain company safety standards regarding required personnel protective equipment usage.
