Job description

Contact Center Facilitator

Do you thrive in environments where you can shape others' success through engaging learning experiences? As a Contact Center Facilitator at Spectrum, you will guide participants in building essential skills using classroom, virtual and team-based training. Your efforts empower employees to confidently meet customer needs and elevate overall performance.

Responsibilities

How You'll Make an Impact

  • Lead participants through structured learning activities and facilitate group discussions using Spectrum's facilitator guide
  • Manage classroom dynamics by tracking attendance and addressing behavior while documenting strengths and development areas
  • Execute all administrative tasks including class preparation, schedule management and maintaining participant records
  • Deliver feedback and coaching to learners to foster skill development and encourage behavior change
  • Monitor individual and group performance to ensure standards are met and troubleshoot technical issues during sessions
  • Provide insights to site leadership and the Learning & Development team on learner progress and training effectiveness
  • Participate in meetings, committees and task forces to support ongoing improvement of Spectrum's training programs

Qualifications

What You'll Bring to Spectrum

Required Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience

Experience

  • 2+ years of training delivery experience in a formal or informal setting
  • 2+ years of experience in the functional area or business unit

Skills

  • Ability to read, write, speak and understand English
  • Critical thinking and analytical skills
  • Effective prioritization and organization
  • Clear oral and written communication
  • Ability to collaborate with all levels of management and company personnel
  • Professional demeanor when interacting with the public
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Familiarity with various learning approaches
  • Comfortable presenting and training groups in online and in-person settings
