SUMMARY :

The Marketing Assistant is an on-site position and provides administrative and operational support to the Marketing Department assisting with workflow coordination event logistics inventory management and marketing task execution. This part-time role supports the day-to-day effectiveness of marketing initiatives and helps ensure the timely organized delivery of projects aligned with UT Federal Credit Unions brand and goals.

SCHEDULE & FLEXIBILITY :

This is a part-time position with a minimum of approximately 20 hours per week. UT Federal Credit Union offers flexibility in scheduling with hours arranged in coordination with the Chief Marketing Officer to meet both departmental needs and employee availability.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Assist with administrative support for credit union community and sponsor events.
• Organize and maintain inventory of promotional items stationery and branded collateral.
• Manage and track marketing task workflows and priorities.
• Coordinate calendars schedules and timelines for marketing events ensuring all planning logistics and deadlines are organized and communicated.
• Process and track marketing support tickets.
• Assist with the fulfillment and distribution of corporate wear orders.
• Maintain the marketing department archive and records.
• Prepare written and verbal updates; maintain strong organization and documentation.
• Assist in preparing marketing and credit union award submissions.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss marketing plans and objectives.
• Provide general administrative support to the marketing team.
• Other duties as assigned.
