Job Responsibilities
Coordinating all facility efforts with referral sources as well as the facility’s professional relations program
Working collaboratively with the Director of Nursing, Administrator and Regional Director of Operations to grow the referral base, assess, and process referrals in a timely manner
Enhancing the facility’s reputation in the medical community
- Represent facilities at various functions in the community such as health fairs, provider conferences, senior centers, etc.
- Participate in local and regional sales meetings and communicate details to community leadership daily

Director of Marketing requirements :
Bachelor’s degree in related field, preferred
Minimum of 2 years of senior living industry sales experience, preferably in assisted living
Demonstrated track record of facility-level marketing to acute care and other referral sources
Management level marketing experience, preferred
Ability to balance short-term tasks requiring immediate attention with long-term project planning
Superior interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills
