This role will develop and execute go-to-market strategies and create compelling, visually engaging collateral that clearly articulate product value, generate demand, and strengthen the broader Seramount brand.
The position may be based in Washington, D.C.; Richmond, VA; or is open to remote employment within the continental United States.

- Visual design and collateral creation – Translate ideas and messaging into visually compelling marketing and sales assets. Create or refine solution one-pagers, presentation decks, and product collateral using tools like PowerPoint or Canva. Maintain brand consistency while finding creative ways to simplify complex ideas through design.
- Sales enablement - Partner with sales teams to develop materials that support the buyer journey, such as training decks, FAQs, one-pagers, and case studies. Ensure assets are easy to use, visually polished, and aligned to product messaging.
- Product messaging and positioning - Contribute to defining product positioning, value propositions, and audience-specific narratives that differentiate Seramount in the market.
- In-person and virtual executive roundtables – Support both virtual and in-person events, from organizing logistics and collateral to preparing speaker materials and post-event follow-up.
- Stakeholder management - Work closely with cross-functional partners across marketing, sales, and product to align messaging, share insights, and maintain consistent brand voice.
