Pay : $16.00 - $21.00 per hour

Expected hours : 40 per week

Schedule : Monday-Friday and weekends as needed

About the Role :

As a Content Team Member , you will support the Restoration Division by assisting with the packing, moving, cleaning, and restoration of customers’ personal property affected by water, fire, smoke, or mold damage. The ideal candidate is committed to providing exceptional customer service and takes pride in handling customers’ belongings with care and respect. This role requires attention to detail and a strong work ethic to ensure proper contents cleaning, packing and repacking, and thorough site cleanup.

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide excellent Customer Service.
• Drive to job sites and maintain vehicles.
• Basic equipment maintenance.
• Learn to use industry software, like Dash or other software.
• Ensure attention to detail and keen sense of safeguarding other people’s property and information.
• Will practice good housekeeping at all times to ensure a safe and non-cluttered worksite.
• Comply with all Regent Restoration policies and procedures.
• Proactively communicate job site conditions and concerns that may or are affecting completion of the job to the appropriate person.
