We're seeking an innovative and experienced Marketing Manager to drive content marketing strategies, support exciting product initiatives, and serve as a vital partner within a fast-growth organization.
In this role, you will develop and execute comprehensive content strategies, oversee the creation of impactful videos, product content, and marketing campaigns, and lead the production of training materialsincluding scripts, editing, and quality control. You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams across HR, Finance, Product Management, and Operations, ensuring industry-standard accuracy and safety compliance while delivering high-impact storytelling. As a key leader, you will mentor junior team members and work directly with executive leadership, including the Senior Director of Marketing.
Ideal candidates possess 5+ years of experience in product, content, or B2B marketing, with a strong background in technical or industrial environments. Proven expertise in managing creative teams, supporting digital discovery/SEO campaigns, and working within high-growth or private equity-backed organizations will set you apart. Hands-on leadership, exceptional communication skills, and a process-oriented approach are essential to thrive in this role.
