Job Description
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES : (WHAT ARE THE MAIN ROLES / FUNCTIONS OF THE REQUESTED MANPOWER CURRENTLY BEING FULFILLED)
- Acts as a liaison between suppliers and the customer to ensure that the delivery of products, meets customer requirements, schedules and expectations. Interfaces with customer production control
in product planning activities. Troubleshoots issues and resolves problems as necessary.
Places orders to suppliers to meet customer requirements and inventory targets. Authorizes
shipments to customers.

products. Participates in managing slow moving and obsolescence inventory and in periodic
physical inventory management and audit activity.

Minimum Level of Education and Training Required :
Requires a bachelor's degree in business with an emphasis on Materials Management or related field and 0-3 years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Minimum Level of Knowledge and Skills Required :
Physical Requirements and Work Environment :
Typically, the position exerts up to 10 pounds of force and / or negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to move an inanimate object. Visual requirements include color, depth perception and field of vision. Physical requirements include standing, walking, pushing, pulling, lifting, fingering, talking, hearing and repetitive motions. Position work environment is typically indoors in pleasant, well-lighted area with comfortable temperatures and in a controlled environment where no significant amounts of dust, fumes or odors. Unavoidable accidents and health hazards are unlikely.
