A company is looking for a Director of Corporate Development.
Key Responsibilities
Lead strategic initiatives including M&A, investments, and partnerships across various business areas
Manage the entire deal lifecycle from target sourcing to integration
Conduct market analysis and support strategic planning with financial insights
Required Qualifications
Proven experience in M&A, Private Equity, or Corporate Development, with at least 2 years in Investment Banking
Strong quantitative and analytical skills, particularly in Excel for financial modeling
Experience in negotiating and structuring transaction terms
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field
Familiarity with public company requirements and regulations, if applicable
