Job Summary :
As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving the growth of our business by nurturing relationships with existing clients and identifying net new business opportunities. You will play a key role in expanding our client base and ensuring that clients are not only satisfied but also deeply engaged with our services. The ultimate goal is to create long-lasting relationships and transition satisfied clients to the Account Management team for continued success and service delivery.
Key Responsibilities :
- Client Acquisition & Growth :
Identify and develop net new business opportunities by prospecting and reaching out to potential clients.
Understand and communicate the full range of our solutions to prospective and existing clients.
Build strong, long-term relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and addressing any concerns to maintain trust and loyalty.
Develop and execute targeted account plans to penetrate new business and expand existing accounts.
