RealEstate Corporate Accountant $90k / year

Areal estate firm in Boston, is seeking a talented Corporate Accountant. Theideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience, preferably with a mix ofpublic and private accounting. This role offers a competitive base salary up to$90k / year, with a 10% annual bonus. We provide exceptional benefits, includinghealth insurance, dental and vision options. We also offer a generous PTOpolicy. This position is hybrid, with in-office work from Monday to Thursdayand remote work on Fridays, following an initial 60–90-day training period inthe office.

Aspart of our Corporate Accounting team, you will report to the VP Controller andcollaborate with a dedicated team to manage portfolios across buildings. Youwill be responsible for the monthly close process, financial statement reviews,revenue recognition, accounts payable, and insurance reviews. Proficiency inYardi software is preferred.
