About The Role (and Challenges You'll Be Helping To Solve!)
We are looking for a Client Strategy Associate to join our growing Corporate business. This individual will be focused on managing relationships across our key brand and retail customers. In this role, you will become an expert in understanding our clients' key business challenges and ensuring we drive adoption and value through our solutions. Your role will be focused on driving strong client engagement and relationships to ensure value creation, leading to favorable renewals and commercial success.
This role will include supporting clients in partnership with an Account Executive (AE) and Solutions partners.
This remote-friendly opportunity can sit in NYC (where our headquarters is located), one of our office hubs (Austin, Miami, Denver), or anywhere else in the US. However, depending upon where the remote work is performed, income could be subject to New York State tax withholding. Please note that we pay NYC-based salaries for US roles regardless of where employees choose to work.
As a Client Strategy Associate at YipitData, you will :
- Own and cultivate relationships with your clients by :
- Leveraging product expertise to drive value, user engagement, and deeper adoption
- Understand the client base and the jobs that need to be done. Becoming a trusted resource for our clients by acting as a thought partner and providing top-notch service
- Advocating for client needs cross-departmentally
- Creating and executing account growth & engagement strategies
- Support commercial strategy by :
- Developing rapport with end users and decision-makers
- Partnering with cross-functional partners (Account and Product teams) to create, set and execute account strategy
- Identifying upsell opportunities to augment contract value
- Contribute to building best-in-class practices within our growing Retail and Brands team
