Maintain corporate records and assist with compliance initiatives and regulatory filings

Provide general legal support, including due diligence and managing internal legal resources

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required; paralegal certificate preferred

5 to 10 years of contracts and / or corporate experience, preferably in biotech or pharma

Experience with various types of agreements, including confidentiality and clinical trial agreements

Strong understanding of corporate governance principles and global regulations

Proficiency in MS Office applications and SharePoint
