Job Title : Corporate Attorney

Position Overview : Overview :
We are seeking an experienced Corporate Attorney to serve in a senior, in-house role supporting leadership across employment, compliance, and business matters. This position is ideal for a practical, business-minded attorney who enjoys being closely involved with the organization and providing day-to-day legal guidance beyond traditional contract work.
Key Responsibilities :
- Serve as primary legal counsel for the organization
- Advise leadership on employment law, workplace policies, and compliance
- Support PEO relationships and employment-related agreements
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, vendor agreements, and internal policies
- Guide compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
- Support employee-related matters, investigations, and policy interpretation
- Coordinate with outside counsel as needed
- Provide practical, risk-aware legal guidance aligned with business needs
