[job_card.job_description]Manage daily operations of the Staffbase Studio platform, including troubleshooting and user support. Document processes and create analytics reports. Lead content planning and publishing for the global weekly employee newsletter. Drive internal communications projects from start to finish, coordinating with cross-functional teams. Provide copywriting and editing support for various communications needs. 3–5 years of experience in internal communications, ideally in a corporate setting. Expertise in Staffbase for email, including audience segmentation and analytics. Strong project management skills and experience with communications initiatives. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud is a plus.
