GPI is seeking a full-time Right of Way Designer to work within our New England Survey Team out of either our Wilmington, MA or Salem, NH offices.

For more information, visit : www.gpinet.com Responsibilities : Creating and editing CAD Drawings for Right of Way plans and Easement / Taking plans using AutoCAD Civil 3D (required) and OpenRoads Designer (preferred)Ability to read and understand sketches, maps, deeds, plans, and other record drawings, and compile in a CAD drawing.Ability to read and understand Civil / Highway / Bridge construction plans and evaluate construction impacts to private property outside of the public Right of Way.Familiarity with MassDOT and NHDOT Right of Way processes and requirements is preferred but not required.Familiarity with other New England State DOT Right of Way processes and requirements is a plus.

AutoCAD Civil 3D experience is required.

Basic computer skills Familiarity with basic Microsoft programs (Word, Excel, Outlook)Familiarity with Bluebeam is preferred but not required EIT or LSIT a plusAbility to work in a team environmentExcellent written and verbal communication skills
