Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A full-time School Psychologist position is available within a K-12 public school setting in Bristol, CT for the 2025-2026 school year. This opportunity offers a contract placement supporting students across multiple grade levels and schools throughout the district. The dedicated school psychologist will work onsite, providing psychological services to various age groups and collaborating closely with school staff and administrators to promote student success and well-being.
Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct comprehensive psycho-educational evaluations to assess students cognitive, social-emotional, and behavioral needs
- Provide consultation and support to teachers, parents, and administrators regarding interventions and accommodations
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Assist in crisis intervention and behavioral assessments when needed
- Manage caseloads effectively across K-12 students with guidance from district leadership
