Crane Operator
As a crane operator, you will safely and efficiently operate the PTK31 crane for material handling, equipment loading, and debris removal. You will transport the crane to and from job sites using a company-provided fleet vehicle and coordinate with project managers to plan and manage your weekly work schedule. Additionally, you will conduct pre-operation inspections and routine maintenance checks on both the crane and fleet vehicle, follow all safety protocols, and assist with material staging and movement to ensure smooth job site operations.
Responsibilities :
- Operate the PTK31 crane safely and efficiently for material handling, equipment loading, and debris removal.
- Transport the crane to and from job sites using a company-provided fleet vehicle.
- Coordinate with project managers to plan and manage your weekly work schedule.
- Conduct pre-operation inspections and routine maintenance checks on both crane and fleet vehicle.
- Follow all company, state, and federal safety protocols, including DOT regulations.
- Assist with material staging and movement to ensure smooth job site operations.
- Maintain accurate logs of crane usage, site visits, and equipment records.
- Represent the company professionally on-site while collaborating with project teams.

Work Environment :
Work is conducted outdoors at construction sites on the 1st shift, Monday through Friday, with some Saturdays required. You are guaranteed 40 hours a week.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Phoenix, AZ.
Pay and Benefits :
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
