Senior Creative Director
Envision Imaging is adding a Senior Creative Director to the team! Monday - Friday / 40 hours a week | Position Pay Range : $112,080 - $140,100 Opportunity for an additional, discretionary bonus available
The Senior Creative Director (Sr. CD) is the visionary leader responsible for shaping and elevating the creative expression of Envision Radiology across all patients, providers, and partner touchpoints. This role leads a multidisciplinary creative team to deliver impactful, brand-aligned storytelling that inspires trust, drives patient engagement, and strengthens Envision's reputation as the nation's leader in diagnostic imaging excellence.
Essential Functions
1. Serves as the creative steward of the Envision Radiology brand and Sub-Brandsensuring design, tone, and messaging consistently reflect our commitment to 'Improving Lives Through Unmistakable Quality and Spectacular Service'.
2. Translates business and marketing goals into clear, compelling creative concepts that connect emotionally with patients, referring providers, and employees.
3. Leads the development of brand campaigns, including concept creation, design direction, and production across digital, print, environmental, and video media.
4. Evolves and enforces brand guidelines to maintain visual and tonal consistency across 60+ imaging centers and all marketing channels.
5. Partners with marketing leadership to refine brand architecture, sub-brands, and service line positioning (MRI, CT, mammography, etc.).
6. Manages and mentors a creative team including designers, copywriters, photographers, videographers, and freelancers.
7. Establishes and maintains an efficient creative workflowfrom intake through concepting, review, and delivery.
8. Balances hands-on creative direction with high-level leadershipable to jump into design or messaging details when necessary.
9. Builds partnerships with agencies and production vendors; manages relationships to ensure creative quality and brand integrity.
10. Champions a culture of creativity, collaboration, and accountability within the marketing organization.
11. Collaborates with digital marketing, content, and PR teams to produce campaigns that perform across channelsSEO, paid media, email, social, and local outreach.
12. Guides the creative for referral marketing materials that resonate with healthcare professionals while maintaining consumer appeal.
13. Oversees development of patient education materials, in-center / external signage, and internal communications that reflect Envision's compassionate care values.
14. Supports recruitment marketing and employer branding efforts to attract top talent in imaging and patient care.
15. Other duties as assigned.

Job Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications / Experience :
10-15 + years of professional creative experience, with at least 8 years in a senior creative leadership role.
Proven ability to lead multichannel healthcare or service-brand campaigns.
Deep understanding of brand strategy, design systems, digital media, and patient-centric storytelling.
Strong portfolio demonstrating creative excellence, strategic thinking, and measurable results.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and presentation skillsable to inspire teams and influence executives.
Expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud, video production workflows, and modern brand management platforms.
Education / Certifications :
Bachelor's degree in graphic design, Visual Communications, Marketing, or related field, or related field preferred or equivalent education, training and experience.
Master's or MFA preferred.
