Supported by our homebase and a network of Operating Directors, you will play a pivotal role in driving our vision forward.

Compensation : Competitive starting salary to establish, grow, and improve this office. Responsibilities and Duties : As the director, you will independently manage and lead this branch, along with unparalleled and ongoing corporate training and support. Business Development : Develop and execute a marketing plan to establish Cornerstone as the preferred in-home care provider. Referral building : Cultivate and manage relationships with referral partners (hospitals, hospices, senior living, etc.). Staffing and Scheduling : Hiring and onboarding new team members and ensuring all shifts are properly staffed. Monitor on-call responsibilities as calls come from clients, caregivers and partners. In-home Assessments : Build strong client relationships, conduct intakes, and ensure client satisfaction. Financial Management : Oversee office budget that is reflected in profit and loss statements. Cultivating Culture : Creating the workplace of choice for your territory. Set your own standard through incentivizing, motivating, and setting the tone of your team morale.

Qualifications and Skills : A proven leader with previous experience managing a team. Success with meeting sales and business development goals. Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment. Entrepreneurial mindset. Experience with direct recruitment, hiring and oversight of staff. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
