About the Matrix Program:
Matrix House is a secure in-jail treatment program designed for clients serving jail sentences who have substance abuse or dependency issues. The program includes four months of intensive treatment followed by 12 months of Aftercare, offering counseling, education, support groups, and referrals to community resources.
Position Overview:
As a Corrections Counselor, you will manage assigned caseloads, provide individual and group counseling, and deliver crisis intervention services within the Therapeutic Community. You will collaborate closely with case managers, correctional staff, and community partners to ensure clients receive personalized and effective care.
