Cornerstone is a $5.5 million organization that provides comprehensive services for individuals and families in the greater Twin Cities metropolitan area who are experiencing or have experienced domestic violence, sexual violence, human trafficking or general crime. Pay Range : $52,000-$55,000

Job Summary :
This position is responsible for all duties related to the daily oversight and supervision of Cornerstone’s Civil and Criminal Justice Intervention (CCJI) programming. The CCJI Supervisor will provide leadership to assure CCJI staff provide a comprehensive trauma-informed and survivor-centered service including advocacy, support, information and referral to victims / survivors. This leadership role includes on-going program service efficacy in the promotion of successful and innovative services, as well as consistent supervision and support to Cornerstone’s CCJI team. The CCJI Supervisor will work with local law enforcement, prosecutors, probation officers, and judges to meet the needs of all victims / survivors who are seeking civil remedies to enhance safety or are involved in the criminal justice process as it relates to domestic and sexual violence, and trafficking. This position will also provide direct services through legal advocacy in criminal matters to victims of domestic abuse, sexual assault and trafficking in a knowledgeable, empathetic manner.
Experience / Qualifications :
Education :
Minimum of bachelor’s degree in social work, criminal justice, or equivalent experience in an advocacy services field; minimum of 5 years of experience providing direct services and support to individuals in crisis within the criminal justice system; and a minimum of 2 years of experience providing leadership and staff supervision in an environment that is responsive to individuals who have experienced trauma. Knowledge and experience in working with diverse, marginalized, and underrepresented communities, and anti-oppression work.
