Position Details : Start Date : ASAP End Date : Ongoing Shift Coverage : Nights and some days Shift Details : 7 AM - 7 PM OR 7 PM - 7 AM Typical Schedule : Average of one to two shifts per month, with potential to block three shifts if travel is required Support Staff : Physicians available on-site Coverage Type : Scheduled shifts with no call responsibilities Work Details : EMR / Charting Software : Epic Vaccine Requirements : Flu vaccine mandatory during flu season (no COVID vaccine mandate) Average Daily Census : Maximum 14 patients, with an average of 10 Patient Age Group : Adults ICU Setting : Open ICU, but functions like a closed ICU Total Beds : 150 Required Procedures : Lines : Central, Arterial Intubations Bronchoscopies Airway Management Credentialing & Certification : Board Certification : Required in Pulmonary Critical Care State License : Must hold or be eligible for a North Carolina state license Willing to License : Yes Certifications Required : ACLS, BLS, ENLS DEA License : Required Experience : Must be an experienced critical care APP proficient in procedures and ICU patient care This locum tenens role provides an opportunity to work closely with a supportive team in a critical care environment.
