Job Title : Compensation Analyst Job Description
The Compensation Specialist will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and managing compensation programs that attract and retain talent across the company. You will be responsible for analyzing market data, ensuring compliance with global compensation regulations, and providing strategic guidance on equity-based compensation. Your expertise will help support the company’s growth and scale while fostering a competitive and fair compensation structure across both domestic and international markets.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with leadership to develop and refine compensation strategies that align with company goals, industry benchmarks, and talent needs.
- Manage and administer the company’s equity compensation programs, including stock options, RSUs, and other equity-based incentives.
- Conduct regular salary benchmarking and compensation market analysis to ensure competitive pay practices.
- Execute compensation programs for international teams, taking into account regional market trends, currency differences, taxation, and local compliance requirements.
- Use data analytics to provide insights and recommendations on compensation trends, program effectiveness, and employee retention.
- Provide support and education to employees regarding compensation policies, including equity programs.
- Partner with HR, Finance, Legal, and senior leadership to ensure alignment on compensation-related decisions.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of compensation programs, making recommendations for adjustments and improvements.

This is an in-office role, Monday to Friday during business hours. The work environment is business casual, reflecting a start-up style atmosphere. This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Austin, TX.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $32.00 - $50.00 / hr.
