Coinbase is looking for a CRM & Lifecycle Marketing Manager to join the Marketing Platforms team. The work will center on creating offers and notifications for emerging products (prediction markets, simple derivatives, token sales) to increase adoption and deepen retention. The Marketing Platforms team is passionate about growth, activation, retention, and reactivation of Coinbase customers, working hand-in-hand with product & engineering teams to achieve our ambitious targets. With a focus on emerging product growth, you will build complex lifecycle marketing journeys, leverage our ML-powered targeting to deliver highly relevant notifications and in-product promotions to users, and configure incentives in our incentives platform.

What you'll be doing :

• Strategy
• Understand key drivers in lifecycle marketing to achieve ambitious adoption and retention goals for emerging products
• Identify gaps in current customer journeys and devise actionable plans to improve them
• Maintain line of sight across key lifecycle pillars (onboarding / engagement) and bubble up insights on what is working vs. what is not
• Execution
• Build, execute, and monitor complex lifecycle marketing journeys across email, push, and in-product channels
• Leverage ML-powered targeting to deliver highly relevant notifications and in-product promotions to users
• Configure and manage incentives within our incentives platform to drive product adoption
• Ensure all communications deliver the best customer experience
• Measurement
• Work with analytics teams to develop robust reporting metrics
• Analyze campaign performance and extract key insights to optimize future efforts
• Track and report on adoption and retention metrics for emerging products
