Dynamics 365 CRM Technical Analyst / Specialist
Role Summary
This newly created role is dedicated to supporting, enhancing, and optimizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales (CRM) . The position ensures system stability, scalability, and alignment with Sales and Marketing operational needs. This individual will configure and customize CRM, support integrations, build Power Platform solutions, and maintain the technical foundation that enables automation, data accuracy, and efficient workflows across the organization. Work breakdown is approximately 65% front‑end configuration and 35% back‑end technical development .
